Roommimi does not ask for an account, email, or payment details. Your room, character and links are stored in your own browser (localStorage / IndexedDB).

Share links · 공유 링크
When you share a room link, its contents (name, bio, links, layout) are encoded in the link itself. Anyone with the link can see them, so do not put private information in your room.
공유 링크에는 방 내용(이름, 소개, 링크, 배치)이 그대로 담깁니다. 링크를 가진 누구나 볼 수 있으니 개인정보를 넣지 마세요.
Fixed addresses (roommimi.com/your-name) · 고정 주소
Only if you choose to publish a fixed address, we store on our server (Cloudflare): the published room (name, bio, links, layout — the same contents as a share link), the address, the time of publishing, and a one-way hash of your browser's edit key. The address is public. Unpublishing deletes the room and its statistics immediately (changing the address moves the statistics to the new address).

To prevent abuse, publishing uses Cloudflare Turnstile (bot check), and we keep daily counters keyed by a keyed one-way hash (HMAC with a server secret) of the visitor's IP address and the date. Raw IP addresses are not stored; the counters expire after 2 days and are deleted automatically, normally within a few days.

Room statistics · 방 통계
For published rooms we count anonymous daily totals: visits (one per visitor per day), clicks per link, and visitor country (from Cloudflare's country code). We do not store IP addresses, cookies or any identifier that can be linked to a person, and only the room's owner can see the totals. Totals are kept for up to 400 days.

Birthday and today's line · 생일과 오늘의 한마디
If you add a birthday (month and day only — never the year) or a "today's line", they are part of your room: shown to visitors and included in share links and your published room. Leave them empty if you prefer.

Random visits and reports · 랜덤 방 구경과 신고
Only if you turn it on, your published room can appear in 🌊 random visits; turning it off removes it immediately. When a visitor reports a room, we store a report count on that room and, to allow one report per person, a keyed one-way hash of the reporter's network (the first part of the IP address) that expires after 30 days.

Direct messages · DM
DMs are off by default. You can turn on receiving only after confirming you are 13 or older, and only rooms with a published fixed address can send or receive. We store the text of each message (plain text, up to 300 characters, no links), which rooms it is between (by the one-way hash of each room's edit key), when it was sent and how far each side has read, plus blocks and report counts. Messages are deleted automatically after 30 days. When you unpublish your last room, its conversations and your block list are deleted immediately, except conversations someone reported, which are kept until their 30 days end so we can review them. We read messages only when a conversation is reported.

Neighbors · 이웃
If you send or accept a neighbor request, we store which two rooms are linked (by the one-way hash of each edit key), the addresses at the time of the request, and your shared friendship plant's progress. For invite links we store a random invite code and a keyed one-way hash of the inviter's network, so people can't invite themselves. Removing a neighbor, blocking, or unpublishing your last room deletes these links. Requests that are not answered are deleted after 30 days.

Usage counts · 이용 단계 집계
To see which parts of Roommimi help people (for example how many make a room or share it), the app sends the names of steps taken, such as "made a room" or "opened share". We store only the day, the step name and how many people took it. Each device counts once per step per day: the app makes a random number on your device that changes every day (it says nothing about you), and the server keeps only a keyed one-way hash of it, which expires after 2 days. No IP address, cookie or lasting identifier is stored.
